Talent Acquisition Specialist- Healthcare

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Summary
Seeking a high-performing, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting across our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate is sharp, professional, and skilled at identifying high-integrity candidates who align with our standards of excellence. This role requires strong healthcare hiring experience, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Conduct behavioral-based interviews and evaluate integrity, reliability, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain applicant tracking and ensure accurate, timely data entry and documentation.
  • Utilize MS Excel for reporting, candidate tracking, metrics, and recruitment dashboards.
  • Communicate professionally through Outlook and manage high-volume scheduling and correspondence.
  • Support new-hire onboarding and compliance processes as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in Healthcare (required).
  • Strong behavioral interviewing and assessment skills.
  • High level of professionalism, sharp judgment, and strong integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and accurate data entry.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
